Starts your Engine

I'm excited and nervous at the same time just before 'the big day'. There are still so many things in my mind left undone. Leaving my family, business and friends for 40-45 days is a long time. I managed to call couple of friends, to help in cleaning my house and bath my dog. I have also managed to talk to my neighbor by the nick of time.

I believe that everything will fall in place once we start the tour. So far the 1st day was great. Everyone is very joyous but not too excited, well that's a good sign to begin this expedition with. I truly say that we are an "excellent team".

Meeting place was at R&R Rawang by 5.45am and rolled out by 6.00am. All of us were waiting for Musa who arrived 5 minutes late after 6.00am, he had to buy us breakfast. That's the 1st rule set for the tour.

Today's weather is extremely hot all the way from the border to Surat Thani. We managed to cover 861kms for the 1st day. Not too bad hah.

Busy with emails even during dinner

After the long and very hot ride, we managed to find a nice restaurant by accident, they serve very good food. The total bill cost us Thb950 for 6 dishes with plenty of rice, 4 cups of ice coffee and 3 bottles of Singha.
